We appreciate your visit to our online boutique. Please read the information on this page and throughout the site carefully to be fully aware of the various terms of sale.
All items except for those noted below are exchangeable, some items are final sale and in some cases you may receive a store credit. You should note that the purchase price of an item is the actual price you pay for it - not the price listed before any discounts are applied. We do not offer refunds on any sale. Also, Discount voucher codes cannot be applied to any order during major sale events - ie: 60% or more off.
Final Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. In general the following items are always final sale:
All Jewelry, Pins, Broaches, Accessories, ebay items, clearance items, and orders shipped to international locations are final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchanged, or credit.
All items purchased under $60. or purchased at a discount of 60% or higher are final sale items and cannot be exhanged or returned.
All EXCHANGED items and items purchased using a F&R store credit are final sale items and cannot be re-exchanged or returned. IE: If you purchase an exchangeable item and return it for another item. The exchanged item becomes a final sale.
Items not noted above can be exchanged. If the item you select is priced higher then the price you paid for the exchanged item, you will be responsible for the difference. If it is of lesser value, you will receive a credit for the difference. If the size or style of item is not available you will be able to select another item. If you cannot find an item you want we will issue a store credit for the price paid minus shipping related charges. Credits are good for 6 months.
We will issue a Exchange or Return Authorization Number to you that you must include with your item IN ADDITION TO THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT or Packing Slip. Items returned without an E.A.N./R.A.N. or original receipt will be returned to you and your sale will automatically become final. If at our discretion we should accept an unauthorized return a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price and a F&R store credit will be issued for the remainder of the purchase price less any shipping charges. Please note that these terms are non-negotiable.
Items must be returned unworn with tags in place and the package must be postmarked no later than seven days from the date of delivery confirmed with your delivery confirmation number. This information is available at USPS.com. Just enter the delivery confirmation number from your package (located on the green sticker). You will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred to exchange or return the item.
