Your order will be shipped within Seven (7) business days from the day your payment is processed. During the holiday season or major sale events the order processing time may exceed seven business days. Items may ship within ten (10) business days. If you need your order by a certain date, you should contact customer service PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER to confirm the earliest shipping date for the order you would like to place.
We ship to the billing address for your credit card. If you would like your order shipped to a different address please include this information in the ship to address. The billing address must be provided to us for verification to confirm the card is not stolen - this is for your protection. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or UPS Ground. You may also have your order shipped USPS Express Mail as long as a phone number for the "ship to" location is provided during checkout. Please note selecting the express mail option only means that your order will ship via express mail. The order will still be shipped within seven business days from the day your payment is processed as noted above.
From time to time we will offer flat rate shipping. It will be noted on the main page and included in the shipping options during checkout when flat rate shipping is available. With flat rate shipping insurance is only available with the UPS Ground Option.
After your order has been processed, you will be notified by e-mail with a time frame that your order will be shipped within. For example: you order will be shipped within 3 - 4 business days.
Although orders are usually received within 5 - 7 business days after shipping (excluding Sunday), please allow at least seven business days for delivery before contacting us.
Domestic orders are considered received when the tracking number confirms it has been delivered or we receive information for the postal service that the item has been delivered or picked up from the post office. If you have not received your order within seven days from the shipping date (ten days during holiday seasons) it is your responsibility to contact F&R at cs@freedomrespect.com. If you contact us after ten days from your shipping date concerning non-delivery of your order, we will not be able to assist you.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service. If you are concerned with loss or damage by the Postal Service or UPS please make sure to select a shipping option that includes insurance. For more information please contact us prior to placing your order.
