Your order will be shipped within seven (7) business days from the day your payment is processed. International orders are shipped via international Priority Mail. International express mail is used for International orders with insurance added.
Your shipping total will be calculated during checkout. Please note, shipping & handling for international orders over TEN (10) items listed during checkout is only an estimate, you will be notified by e-mail of actual shipping & handling charges before your order is processed. Make sure to select Global Express Insured or Global Priority Without Insurance. Please remember that all international shipments are final sale items.
Unfortunately, this is not a duty free shop. Some international orders may be subjected to customs fees. This charge may be added by customs when your package arrives at your location. This is not a charge added by FREEDOM & RESPECT and we are not responsible for this fee. You are solely responsible for any custom fees added to your order.
International orders are considered received 10 days after shipping. We are not responsible and will not be held accountable for lost or damaged international packages that are not insured. The most we will be able to do is confirm the day your package was shipped and the address it was shipped to, provide you with the customs number and the label number on your global priority package. This may or may not be of assistance to you. If your international shipment includes insurance please contact us for assistance if it has been lost or damaged.
